Sardinia – Costa Del Turchese Village – Badesi (OT)
In Badesi, north Sardinia, 80 km. from both Olbia and Alghero airports, there is a residence called “Costa del Turchese”. The village is totally independent but, at the same time, located in the Badesi village, so at easily reach from local facilities (medical centre, banks, markets, restaurants, etc.) throughout the year. Pendragon Sardinia Srl initially acquired 23 units and than additional 35 units + 1 office. The properties were purchased through auctions and therefore the fund was able to obtain them at a competitive price.
Moreover through the active management of the flats (www.pendrasardinia.com/badesi) the rental obtained from the rent during the holiday season will ensure a fixed income for the Fund. The fund receives approximately 350’000 euros per year from the direct rental activity.

Sardinia – Costa Paradiso Village (OT)
The residence “Costa Paradiso” is located northeastern Sardinia 20 km from Badesi in the county of Trinità d’Agultu north of Castelsardo, 90 km from Olbia and Alghero Airports. The location is one of the best known in the Northern region of Sardinia and very much appreciate by Italians and Europeans travellers.The residential area includes almost 4000 single villas and apartments for a total population during the holiday period of 12.000 people.
Pendragon Sardinia acquired in 2013 7 units divided in 15 flats in a unique building named “La Falata” in the private context of Costa Paradiso Village. “La Falata” has a privileged position, 2 km from the centre of the Village, with independent swimming pool and outside any Condominium context (and costs).
We manage the property directly with our tour operator with an income of approximately 42’000 euros per year generated through the rental.


Sardinia – Borgo di Punta Tegge – La Maddalena (OT)
In the famous location of La Maddalena island, worldwide known, Pendragon Sardinia Srl acquired 6 units residential apartments, built in Borgo Punta Tegge.
Borgo Punta Tegge is a top touristic location in front of Porto Rafael (Sardinian Coast and Spargi island). The location is formed by five stars brand new hotel (called Ma & Ma) in the center of the Borgo and by 55 apartments (from 2 to 5 rooms) surrounding the hotel. The apartments are close to a top level hotel and can access the hotel services such as restaurant, SPA, meeting room and have been built with very high standing and brand new furniture. The acquisition price was discounted compared to the official retailing list of more than 33%. On these flats there is a total of 509’000 lending with 2% interest rate. We have an option to acquire additional 3 units which we may exercise during 2019.
The fund receives approximately 55’000 euros income per year from the direct rental during summer.


France – Combloux
In Combloux the fund acquired 1 large unit (chalet) on 2 floors, the chalet has been renovated in order to create 2 large apartments with high standing with garages and parking spaces for a total of 300 square meters. We acquired also a land on which we built three chalets with 3 apartments each for a total of 1’457 square meters. The Apartments have a spectacular view of the Mont Blanc and its adjacent territories. Current value of 8.5 mio. France – Les Houches
Les Paradis, is located only 5 minutes from the centre of Les Houches and only 5 minutes walk from the Ski lift. Pendragon bought 2 residential units in Les Paradis each of 3 floors. These units are being renovated to obtain 2 units of high level with garages with a total of 352.48 square meter. Details of the properties are available on www.chaletsmontblanc.eu


Golasecca (VA) – Italy
In late 2016 Pendragon Italia Srl acquired 14 terraced houses for a total of 2’500 square meters.
The houses have been acquired at hard discount due to financial difficulties of the previous owner and construction works are almost completed as only 10% of the realisation works are still to be carried out. In 2017 we have carried out the works to complete the houses which are laying down the floors and finalising the bathrooms. The works have been completed in November 2017 and by October 2018 10 have already been sold therefore there are only 4 left to sell which we also expect to sell quickly.
The houses were acquired at auction at 370 euro per square meter and we invested 200 euros per square meter to complete the works.
We are currently selling the house at 1’100 euro per square meter. The properties are sold through agents and also directly through our website www.villetteinoccioli.it


Melide – Switzerland
In February 2020 the fund started the management of Lac Hotel and Restaurant in Melide, Switzerland. The Hotel has 16 rooms with standing and mostly with lake view. On the ground floor and lower ground floors there are the Lac Restaurant and Lac Lounge Bar which have a spectacular view of the lake and lay right in front of it. They are open throughout the year and clients are both tourists and locals.
